Every garment has been measured by hand to help you decide which size will best suit you. To choose the most accurate size, we recommend that you measure a garment that you enjoy wearing (in a similar style / fabrication) and compare to the measurements provided. Please also consider the style notes, fabric & shape of the garment.

If you notice something is incorrect on your order after it has been placed, please contact us via email or call us on 0412 212 264 so we can cancel an item, change a size or edit your billing and shipping details before the order is packed and dispatched.

When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with an order tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

Yes, we can deliver to post office boxes and parcel lockers using Australia Post (Australian orders only).

If you haven’t received your parcel and it is past the expected delivery date, please check tracking & contact the delivery provider directly with your order tracking number.

Every item is individually checked & packed by hand. On the rare occasion that an item arrives, and it is faulty, please do not wear, alter, wash or remove tags. Please email within 7 days of receipt to let us know and we will advise of next steps.

Yes, we offer refunds and exchanges on all full-priced items ordered online within 14 days of receipt. All returned items must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition with all original tags intact. Items that are returned otherwise may be rejected and
returned to the customer. The sale of all discounted product is final as per our return policy. Please note the return of any item to for a refund or exchange must be organised and paid for by the customer.

If your return qualifies for a refund on receipt, you will be refunded the amount paid for the item/s. Delivery charges are not refundable. The refund will be credited back on the original payment method. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for the return to be processed. For International orders, all customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable as they were not paid to TOWANDA. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs authority directly. Return import duties will not be covered by TOWANDA.
