Shipping policy
DELIVERY
We will always aim to have your order to you as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your new wardrobe addition. All orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Sale periods may affect this time due to higher volumes.
STANDARD POST
TOWANDA offers complimentary standard shipping on all orders within Australia over AUS $150.
Delivery within Australia via standard Australia Post usually takes 3-7 business days.
Tracking details will be confirmed and sent via email once your order has been shipped. To track your order, please visit: http://auspost.com.au/track/ and enter your tracking number.
If the delivery is to a business address, please specify the business name.
Parcels can be shipped to Australian PO boxes and Australia Post parcel lockers. If your order cannot be shipped to the supplied address for any reason, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
If you are not home at the time of delivery and there is no secure place for the driver to leave your order, it will be taken to the nearest post office for your collection.
TOWANDA reserves the right to choose type of complimentary shipping. We will generally use standard Australia Post for complimentary delivery but may choose an alternative trackable courier service at our discretion (for example Sendle).
EXPRESS POST
Express domestic post is available at a flat rate of $20. Express post must be selected at checkout.
Orders shipped via express post (Australia post) are expected to be delivered within 1-3 business days.

LOCAL PICKUP
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer local pick-up. We hope to make this option available in the future.
INTERNATIONAL POST
All international orders will be shipped by an international post courier service.
Delivery to New Zealand will incur a flat fee of AUD $30.
Delivery to all other countries will incur a flat fee of AUD $60.
International orders are not charged Australian GST (goods and services tax). All prices listed on the TOWANDA website are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive the tracking details of your parcel.
Your parcel can take between 5 - 21 days to arrive, depending on your location. Delivery times are an estimate only. TOWANDA is not responsible for any additional delivery time or delays incurred.
International deliveries will require a signature upon delivery. Please note, we cannot deliver to post boxes or parcel lockers.

Some countries may require the customer to pay duties and taxes. TOWANDA is not responsible for any duties or value-added taxes that may be assessed by your local customs office.

Please note that the expected delivery times outlined are guides only.
Whilst we expect delivery times to be accurate, there may be factors beyond our control that can impact shipping timelines. If you have any questions or concerns about the transit of your package, please contact us.
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate, as we will not be held responsible for delayed or ‘lost’ parcels. Any items returned to TOWANDA will be re-shipped at the cost of the customer. TOWANDA will not be held responsible for parcels that are re-directed to a local post office or alternative facility for collection.
